Sam Foston

Relational Clarity Coach

Feel disconnected from yourself, others, or your direction in life?

The Relational Radar helps you locate the source of emotional friction and begin real change.

Maybe you’ve lost touch with your sense of direction. Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, shrinking around others, or wondering what happened to the version of you that used to feel more alive.

You don’t need more motivation hacks.

You need to find the root of the friction.

I’m Sam Foston, a Relational Clarity Coach, and I help people reconnect with themselves, others, and what matters most; using a clear and compassionate tool called the Relational Radar. This isn’t therapy, and it’s not surface-level self-help. It’s a structured way to explore what’s really going on, so you can move forward with integrity, direction, and relief.

Who Is This For?

You don’t need to be in crisis to know that something doesn’t feel right.

This work is for you if:

• You feel emotionally flat, foggy, or disconnected, but can’t explain why

• You’re tired of performing — at work, in relationships, even in your own head

• You’ve lost touch with what matters to you, or feel like you’ve outgrown your current life

• You often feel like you’re carrying too much but don’t know where to begin unloading

• You’ve read the books, done the journaling, tried the routines — but still feel like you’re running on the wrong track

• You’re high-functioning on the outside, but silently burning out on the inside

• You want more clarity, more honesty, more alignment — without needing to explain yourself over and over again

This is especially for people who don’t want therapy, but know they need more than advice.

What Working with Me Looks Like

This isn’t about hype, hustle, or high-performance coaching.

It’s about helping you feel clear, connected, and congruent again.

Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

🧭 1. We start with clarity, not pressure

We begin with a guided process using the Relational Radar, my signature tool. It helps us map out where emotional friction is showing up, whether in your relationship with yourself, others, or life itself, and why it matters.

You won’t have to come in knowing exactly what’s wrong.

We’ll figure it out, gently and honestly.

🧠 2. We focus on real alignment, not just surface goals

Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath your stuckness, second-guessing, or emotional fatigue. This isn’t therapy — but it is deep work. Coaching sessions will help you:

• Reconnect to your inner clarity

• Set boundaries or speak truths that have been avoided

• Realign your life with what actually matters to you now

🔄 3. We work at your pace, but with structure

You’ll get a consistent space to reflect, process, and plan, without pressure to perform. Whether we work together for 4 weeks or 4 months, you’ll always know what we’re focusing on and how to apply it outside of sessions.

This is coaching that respects both your capacity and your complexity.

What Is the Relational Radar?

When something feels off, we usually look for a quick fix. But what we really need is a way to understand what’s actually happening inside us.

The Relational Radar is a simple but powerful reflection tool I use in every coaching journey. It helps you map out where emotional friction is coming from; not just the symptoms, but the source.

🔍 The Model

You are always in three core relationships:

With yourself — your thoughts, emotions, self-worth, and identity

With others — your boundaries, roles, communication, and connection

With life itself — your sense of meaning, purpose, and direction

When one or more of these relationships is out of alignment, you might feel:

• Stuck or scattered

• Disconnected from others

• Questioning what you’re even doing with your life

• Numb, restless, or quietly burned out

🧠 What the Radar Helps You Do

✅ Identify where friction is really coming from

✅ Understand how your inner, outer, and existential worlds are interacting

✅ Explore overlap zones like identity confusion, purpose drift, or emotional exhaustion

✅ Reconnect with what feels honest, meaningful, and aligned again

It’s not a personality test. It’s not a diagnosis.

It’s a map; one that helps you come home to yourself.

Testimonials

“I didn’t think I needed coaching, I was just feeling… flat. Sam was recommended to me and helped me realise I wasn’t broken, I was misaligned. Working through the Relational Radar gave me language for what I was feeling, and a direction forward. I didn’t expect it to be so personal and impactful.”

James, 42, Senior Manager

“I’d spent years putting everyone else first and had no idea what I needed anymore. Sam held space for me in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming or ‘therapy-like’. The process helped me understand my emotional patterns, especially how I relate to others, and I’ve made real changes I never thought I’d have the courage to.”

Asha, 38, Support Worker & Parent

“I’ve read every self-help book going, but something about Sam’s work cut through the noise. The Radar helped me spot exactly where the disconnection was happening and not just think about it, but do something with it. This isn’t surface coaching. It’s grounded, deep, and incredibly well-structured.”

Tom, 29, Freelance Creative

“I came to Sam because I felt like I was losing myself — I’d outgrown parts of my life but didn’t know what came next. His approach was so different: reflective, respectful, and practical. I left with clarity I hadn’t had in years, and with tools I still use months later.”

Clare, 51, Teacher

“I’ve done therapy before, but I wanted something more present-focused to help me get unstuck. The Radar model gave me a completely new way of looking at my relationships — not just with people, but with meaning and myself. Sam’s style is calm, honest, and never pushy. I felt safe, seen, and challenged in the best way.”
